Recipient of Sahitya Akademi Golden Jubilee Young Writers Award, Katha Award, Ramakant Smriti Puraskar, Kalinga Book of the year award 2021, Valley of Words Award 2022 and Setu Pandulipi Samman 2022.

अब एहतियात, मेरी मज्जा में समा चुकी थी और मेरे हिस्से की आजादी त्वचा से एकसार थी ही। फिर क्या! धीमे- धीमे मैंने आजादी को पात्र से निकालकर अपने आसपास बिखेरना शुरू किया। जाहिर था, एक रोज पात्र का सबकुछ बाहर आ जाता, और फिर पात्र में मैं कोई पौधा लगाकर उसे हमेशा के लिए गमले का नाम दे देती। आसपास बिखरी आजादी अब हवा में उड़ियाने जैसे चुलबुली हो चुकी थी। कभी ऐसा समय भी आता ही जब उस जगह से मैं हट जाती और बस वह दृश्य अपनी खुशहाली में बचा रह जाता।
